Sonar Search,  in its simplest form, is a widget which is deployed on your web site as a search facility for International developments for customers looking for vacation or 2nd homes, or for retirees looking to spend the winter months abroad. It is an excellent way to attract investors looking for great returns, and many resorts come with  ready rental income programs.

The Sonar Search widget  is deployed on your web site, (with its security  and tracking tag), and as it accesses a master database of projects, the results are returned within your branding to your customer search.  The search results provide more than enough information for customer to engage in meaningful dialogue with lead inquiry forms provided for the customer to engage in a sales inquiry, and the forms are then date and time stamped and sent to the developers as well as yourself and the sales closing team. You know when you get a lead, and we will tell you when you get a sale!

The Process

  • Customer searches on your own web site, and finds a property that interests them.
  • Customer fills out an inquiry form, and the client registration form is sent to the developers as being yours with a date and time stamp, we are informed for administration purposes via the special coding, and you are informed all at the same time.
  • Dedicated Development Salesperson engages the client to create the sale. You are notified when you get the lead, and you are also notified when there is a sale. Commissions are normally paid within 10 days of the broker receiving payment directly from the developer or seller.
