Our Executive Staff
Daniel Graduated from Long Beach High School in New York as President of the High School Honor Society, receiving awards such as "Who's Who in American High Schools, 1970" and the National Merit Scholar Letter of Commendation. He attended the State University of New York on full academic scholarship for three years before leaving early to attend the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he graduated in 1977. After 22 years of owning his own dental practice, Dr. Nussbaum decided to leave dentistry and become a licensed Investment Advisor and was President of Malibu Asset Management. Dr. Nussbaum then went on to become a licensed real estate broker so he could become the CEO/Founder of TheInternationalRealty.com and fulfill his vision of creating The International MLS and the first IMLS global search now being delivered worldwide to sit on any web site in the world, generating income for the web site owners and agencies through a closed channel lead generation system.
As an informational technology program leader and business strategy consultant who thrives on learning and innovating from this all-inclusive high-tech industry, Kris has created sustainable competitive advantages via B2B and B2C account management relationships. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he has developed strategies and processes that deliver globalwide benefits for brand recognition, high quality traffic and increased revenue. He has continually expanded his expertise in designing and driving these marketing and project management campaigns, and sales forces for small, medium and Fortune 500 organizations, which led to the successful campaigns executed for The Los Angeles Times, Kelley Blue Book, Yahoo!, Move.com, Blackboard and more. Additionally, Kris have been active in the field of education where he served as a member of his college's Curriculum Advisory Committee and established the school's first Mentor Program. Upon his arrival at The International Realty, Inc., he has led the charge towards evolving the platform for which TheInternationalRealty.com network now resides on and continues to grow on a daily basis. As a senior member of The International Realty, Inc., Kris identifies opportunities and risks for delivering The International MLS’s services as a web-based business, including the identification of real estate competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of real estate marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success. He also promotes the achievement of The International Realty, Inc’s business goals within a context of community collaboration by developing technological policies. By communicating The International Realty’s technology blueprint to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders, he will strive that the technology standards and best practices of The International Realty, Inc. are maintained across the organization. Kris lives with his wife, extended family and their "Precious" dog in Raleigh, North Carolina where he uses his spare time to catch up on mind-numbing television off their DVR and dreams of a day when he will write an Oscar-winning screenplay.
Having been fortunate in having his parents move their family to Southern California in 1970, Steve attended Cal Poly University before entering the corporate world. He was involved in the wholesale brokerage area of the insurance industry setting up distribution networks in the US, marketing proprietary products focused on large employer group benefits. Becoming Vice President of AIM marketing and Ins. services in 1994, Steve ran their Los Angeles office for three years. After leaving AIM, he worked with his own consulting business until 2004 when he entered the mortgage industry with Royal Bank of Canada. Steve joined with The International Realty, Inc. in 2010 to take advantage of his marketing abilities and has been extremely helpful in acquiring the listings database platform, creating relationships in many parts of the world and understands the company’s inner workings entirely.
Joanne is a vice president with The International Realty, Inc. and she has spent years learning, creating, and sharing best practices. She is responsible for reaching out and telling our story through Social Media. Raising awareness about The IMLS and the tens of thousands of listings available worldwide, Joanne has successfully integrated social media strategies and value-added services for the company. Joanne also serves as the company's primary Press Officer and can be found discussing The IMLS on Twitter on her profile link above.
Dr. Parker attended California State University, Northridge, for three years before leaving early to attend Los Angeles College of Chiropractic where he graduated in 1980. After 24 years of owning and running a successful chiropractic practice, Dr. Parker decided to leave and become associated with The International Realty, Inc. Having learned the skills and techniques of effective marketing during his tenure as a Chiropractor, Dr. Parker now takes these benefits and is applying them at his new position with The International Realty, Inc. as he seeks global agency partners throughout the world to provide their property listings and will help direct the delivery of the IMLS search widget all throughout the world.
