Rei L. Mesa is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Florida Realty, Florida Real Estate Services. Prudential Florida Realty has approximately 1,700 real estate Sales Professionals and team members servicing 18 counties throughout Florida. Since its inception in 1999, the company has quickly become the 2nd largest residential real estate brokerage in Florida and is ranked the 26th largest residential real estate firm in the nation based on transactions and the 34th largest residential real estate firm in the nation based on sales volume. It is also the 5th largest brokerage in the nation among the Prudential Network brokers across North America.

Rei is a Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). He currently serves as a National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Director and serves on the Large Firms Relations Committee, NAR Major Investor Council, Public Policy Coordinating Committee, and Global Business and Alliance Committee. In 2012, Rei serves as the NAR Liaison to the Large Firms Relations as well as on the Real Estate Services Advisory Board and on the Realtor.com Advisory Board.

At Florida REALTORS® (FR), he serves on the Executive Committee, Real Estate Services Group – Top 50 Brokers, and is the District 4 Trustee for the REALTOR® Political Action Committee. Rei also previously served as a Director of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). He serves as a member of the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates National Advisory Board and is a member of the Apex Group, representing the top 15 companies in the Prudential Network.

Rei is the Past President, Treasurer and current Director of the Miami Association of REALTORS which is the largest local board in the country with over 27,000 members. He was recognized as the 2010 Leadership Broker of the Year, 2008 Realtor® of the Year in recognition of his exemplary leadership and service to the real estate industry, contributions at the local, state and national level, commitment to community and charity organizations, and his constant positive focus and leadership benefiting the real estate industry at-large.

Rei was also recognized as Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc. (PRERS) 2008 Broker of the Year at the national Prudential Real Estate Sales Convention in March 2009 for his exemplary leadership and service to the real estate industry, and his commitment to community and charity organizations. This is the highest recognition for a broker offered by PRERS. There are currently more than 1,700 franchise offices in the Prudential Real Estate Network and over 60,000 Sales Professionals nationwide.

Rei was appointed by Florida REALTORS® President to serve an unprecedented 2nd term as the Chairman of the Florida REALTORS Real Estate Services Group. Rei gladly accepted this responsibility with the personal goal of advancing issues at FAR that are extremely important to the real estate industry and Florida residents. The FAR Leadership Team and Directors established the Florida Real Estate Services Group which is comprised of the Top 50 Real Estate "Large Firm" Companies in Florida. The Group's focus is to lead the Florida Real Estate industry into a full recovery and to assist its residents in achieving the American Dream of Homeownership.

Rei is a graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy supported by the Executive Office at NAR. Rei L. Mesa is among a very select group of graduates who have become very active in guiding the future of the REALTOR® associations throughout the Nation.

With an expertise that speaks to many years in the business, and the foresight to recognize the role of the Internet, Larry Vecchio is the driving force behind BetterHomes.com. A natural outgrowth of his 22-office real estate brokerage, Better Homes and its counterpart “HomesInYourTown.com” are trailblazers in grassroots real estate marketing with more than 1200 domains nationwide.

Better Homes is a product of Vecchio’s real estate experience, which is both broad and deep. A licensed mortgage banker, real estate broker and appraiser, Vecchio is familiar with all aspects of the home buying process.

Vecchio went nationwide with Better Homes in 1981 at the very beginning of the Internet boom. He founded the Multiple Website Service and the Business-to-Business referral network, SurfYourTown.com, both now staples in the online real estate industry.

Currently, Vecchio oversees 500 Sales Associates who work throughout the U.S. His company handles sales in excess of $200 million annually.

Vecchio is also founder and president of VRI Realty, Inc. and Vecchio Realty, Inc, based in Hazlet, NJ. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the N.J. Association of Realtors and the Mortgage Bankers Association. Vecchio is a NJ Licensed Real Estate Broker, a NJ Licensed Mortgage Banker, a Florida Licensed Mortgage Banker, a NJ Licensed Life & Health Insurer, a NJ Licensed Appraiser.

He is a frequent speaker at real estate conferences and a consultant on web-based real estate initiatives.

Valerie Fitzgerald is the President of The Valerie Fitzgerald Group, a Beverly Hills Coldwell Banker real estate firm. She has been ranked among Coldwell Banker’s Top 10 agents nationwide, and earned the attention of the Los Angeles Business Journal for highest sales volume in Los Angeles County for residential real estate. She’s also written a successful book, Heart and Sold: How to Survive and Thrive in Real Estate, and served as a mentor to new real estate agents across the country.

Over the last 20 years, Valerie Fitzgerald has single-handedly managed to build a multi-million dollar real estate business, establish her own charity foundation, speak around the country at numerous business conventions, appear on television shows like "Entertainment Tonight" and MTV's "Cribs," rank among Coldwell Banker's Top 10 agents nationwide, and earn the attention of the Los Angeles Business Journal for the highest sales volume in L.A. County for residential real estate in 2000 (she was also recently nominated for the publication's 13th annual "Women Making a Difference").

She is currently filming a new series Selling LA for HGTV, featuring Valerie and her team tackling the challenges of selling high-end properties in the competitive Los Angeles real estate market.
